Bouquet Collection. Framing Flowers cannot take
responsibility for any loss or damage by a third party. We are happy to receive flowers from a
courier service, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to
ensure that the flowers reach us in the best possible condition. If you do not live locally and choose to
have your flowers sent by courier, please ensure they are packaged and
labelled correctly. Please refer to
the chosen courier’s packaging instructions for further information.
Delivery. Framing Flowers cannot take
responsibility for any loss or damage by a third party. We strongly recommend that, wherever
possible, finished products are collected by hand as the flowers are
fragile once dried. If you do not
live locally, we are happy to arrange a courier service with a company
offering insurance against any loss or damage.
Deposits. Deposits are
non-refundable once work has begun on the flowers. The balance is due on
completion and should be settled on collection/receipt of your final order.
Colour.
Flowers change colour slightly when they are preserved. It is sometimes necessary to artificially
enhance the colour of your flowers.
If you do not wish for this to happen with your flowers then please
advise us at the point of ordering your display.
Quality.
Framing Flowers aim to preserve and frame your flowers to the
highest possible standard, but we cannot take responsibility for poor
quality of the finished product due to the condition of the flowers. Please store your flowers in a cool place
(not the fridge or freezer) to ensure they are in good condition when we
receive them. We also recommend arranging collection/delivery of your
flowers within 24 hours of your wedding day.
Left Over Flowers. Due to the size of the frame chosen, or
the condition of some individual flowers, all of your bouquet may not be
included in your display. We are
happy to return any left over flowers free of charge, but you must indicate
this preference at the point of ordering your display.
Replacement Flowers. We are more than happy to replace any
flowers
as requested and
add the extra cost to your final invoice.
Frames.
We reserve the right to replace your chosen frame with
one of the closest
possible colour, size and quality should your
chosen frame
become discontinued.
Turnaround. The complete process from ordering to
receiving your
display should take approximately
6-8 weeks.
